This charge shall be determined by
the General Manager on a case-by-case
basis using the formula in District
Water Code Section 6.03., paragraph (F), #4.
The applicant shall provide to the
District the projected maximum day demand as certified by a qualified Engineer
and subject to approval by the District Engineer,
and meter size requested. The
maximum day demand shall be at least equivalent to one single family unit (
1,000 gpd).

SVFD Fire Protection Fee:
$1,080/1,000 sq. ft. of floor space, per Code
($1.08 per square foot).
