Billing
Service
Fees are billed annually on July 1 and become delinquent 60 days
after
the invoice date.
Your
bill may have several types of services listed depending on what
type
of
residence you have or where your residence is located.
Mutual
Water Customers are billed by SVPSD for Sewer and Garbage
services
only.
Condominiums
are billed for Water and Sewer. The Garbage service is
billed
to the homeowners association.
SVPSD
Customers receive a bill for Annual Water Service, additional
Water
Consumption Fees , Sewer and
Garbage service.
Annual
Water Fees: All SVPSD customers are metered.
The metered
consumption
is from May 1 to April 30 each year. To obtain more

Annual
Sewer Maintenance Fee: This fee is for maintenance of
sewer
transmission
lines within the District boundaries. All customers are also
billed
by
T-TSA (Tahoe Truckee Sanitation Agency) for sewage
treatment. To obtain

Annual
Garbage Fee: All residences in Squaw Valley are required
to have
garbage
service. For more information about this service click

How
to Pay Your Bill
Payment
is due in the District Office 30 days from the invoice date.
Fees
not received within 60 days of the invoice date are delinquent
and
subject
to interest and service charges (12% A.P.R. + $10.00 per billing).
Past
Due amounts and Previous Balances are due immediately.
There
are several ways to pay your bill:
1)
Full payment can be made by check or money order or by
Direct Debit. Credit card payments are not accepted
yet.
To make Direct Debit payments please fill in the printable form 
and return to the District Office prior to July 15. You
will be put on
a special list for this type of payment until you
change the status
in writing.
2)
Pay 1/2 by the due date (usually August 31) and the remainder
will be due in January, including interest at 1% per month
and
$10 service charge.
3)
Individual payment plans are available on request, if arranged
prior to the due date. Please contact
the District Office to
arrange payment plans, or if you have any questions.
