Contractor/Developer to complete "Application for Sewer and/or Water
Service Permits - Commercial. The District may require a written
contract (Development Agreement), as described in the Squaw Valley
Public Service District Code, Chapter 4. |

Office, Field Staff, and Fire Department will review plans and calculate
Connection Fees. |

Water
Connection Fees for commercial construction requiring a water meter shall be collected according to the
formula in the District Water Code Section 6.03., paragraph (F), #4.
The applicant shall provide to the District the projected maximum day demand
as certified by a qualified Engineer and subject to approval by the District
engineer, and meter size requested. (Maximum day demand shall be at least
equivalent to one single family unit at 600 gpd). |

Sewer
Connection Fees for commercial construction shall be based on the Total
Equivalent Fixture Units (rounded up to the next whole number). |

Contractor/Developer
to contact T-TSA separately regarding any commercial construction to
determine what connection fee is to be collected. T-TSA handles treatment
and disposal of sewage. Any connection fees due to T-TSA will be by
separate check payable to T-TSA. |

T-TSA fees are collected by SVPSD and
forwarded to T-TSA.

Fire Protection Fees shall be paid to and collected by the SVPSD at the same
time as all other connection fees. |

Final
Inspection by both SVPSD and SV Fire Department will be required. |
