C. Public Comment / Presentation. D. Financial Consent Agenda. All items listed under this agenda item will be approved by one motion. These items are routine, non-controversial, and the finance-related items have been reviewed by the Finance Committee. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the audience, board or staff requests removal of an item for separate consideration. Any item removed for discussion will be considered after approval of the remaining Consent Agenda items.

F-1 Village at Squaw Valley Project Update.
Information Only: Receive update and accept public comment.
F-2 District Facility Lease Addendum #2 - 1810 Squaw Valley Road - Inn Shop at Squaw Valley
Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, approve lease addendum #2 and authorize the General Manager to execute the addendum with the Inn Shop at Squaw Valley.
F-3 November and December Board Meeting Schedule.
Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment and determine the November and December 2016 Board meeting schedule.
F-4 U.S. Forest Service Cooperative Agreement and Annual Operating Plan.
Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment and adopt Resolution 2016-19, approving the agreement and annual operating plan, and authorize the Fire Chief to execute the necessary contractual documents.
F-5 Professional Services Agreement - Developed Knowledge, LLC., Village at Squaw Valley Development Agreement.
Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, approve the agreement with Developed Knowledge, LLC. for consulting services related to the Village at Squaw Valley Development Agreement and authorize the General Manager to execute the agreement.
F-6 Professional Services Agreement - Sierra Controls Systems - 2016/2017 SCADA Improvements.
Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, approve the agreement with Sierra Controls Systems for 2016/2017 SCADA Improvements and authorize the General Manager to execute the agreement.
F-7 Capital Budget Amendment - Squaw Valley North Condominiums Water Line Replacement.
A. Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, approve the District's participation in the replacement and dedication of water line and appurtenances.
B. Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment and approve an amendment to the 2016-17 Water Capital Budget.
C. Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment and authorize the General Manager to execute a Water Line Replacement and Dedication Agreement with the Squaw Valley North Condominium Owners' Association.
F-8 Commercial Lease - 1810 Squaw Valley Road - Administration Building.
Proposed Action: Review item, accept public comment, approve the proposed lease of 1810 Squaw Valley Road (old Administration Building) and authorize the General Manager to execute the lease.

The Squaw Valley Public Service District's purpose is to assume leadership in providing high‐quality public services needed by the community.
M I S S I O N S T A T E M E N T
Squaw Valley Public Service District serves full‐time and part‐time residents, businesses, employees and visitors in Squaw Valley. The mission is to provide leadership in maintaining and advocating for needed, high‐quality and financially sound community services for the Valley. These include, but are not limited to water, emergency services, and sewer and garbage collection. The District will conduct its operations in a cost effective, conservation-minded and professional manner, consistent with the desires of the community while protecting natural resources and the environment.
